A stress and burnout prevention program for your teams and for you in Nyon and Geneva

For companies that don't want to waste any more of their employees' creative energy and talents, by offering them a quick, in-house technique to give their brains a break!

What are Access Bars®?

Access Bars® is a manual method practiced in 45 to 60-minute sessions that brings relaxation to the brain and body, reducing stress, fatigue and tension to open up a new space for new points of view and new awarenesses, thus lessening the emotional burden and unspoken frustrations.

After a session, employees immediately experience greater clarity of thought, calm and insight.

How does an in-house session work?

During a team coaching session, it is suggested that each participant receives 30 minutes of this process while seated in his or her office chair, followed by a 2.5-hour workshop. The practitioner touches certain points on the participant's head, stimulating a positive neurological response.

During these 30 minutes, most people stop thinking, giving their brains a break for a rapid recharge of energy and increased mental clarity. At the end of the process, participants are invited to share their experiences, if they wish, in order to begin the stress and burnout prevention workshop. During this training, employees will discover and practice the first tools of Access Consciousness®, so they can pass on the benefits of this pragmatic technique to their teams.

What are the benefits?

Everyone knows that feeling when you come back from vacation, where you're totally relaxed and happy. And on the first day, you're super efficient, and manage to do in a day what you normally do in a week. It's this relaxation and energy that Access Bars® enable. By recognizing that this relaxation enables you to be more aware of what's relevant and what needs to be done, you become efficient and clear-sighted. It's also a tool that increases motivation to return to the office after a period of working in hybrid mode.

  • Greater mental clarity
  • Greater motivation and easier communication
  • Deep relaxation and positive effects on migraines and insomnia.
  • Better mental health: reduced symptoms of depression, panic attacks and anxiety
  • INTUITIVE intelligence available
  • Improved problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

The scientific viewpoint

Stress, anxiety and depression affect your employees' social and professional functioning, as well as their academic performance.

The increase in suffering and exhaustion at work ends up costing companies and society dearly, both financially and in human terms.

It's a bit like what we've let happen with climate change, thinking it would never happen, at least not during our time on this planet.

There is a study by Dr. Terrie Hope on the results measured on the brain before and after a session. You can watch the video of this study on World Access Bars® Day 2023 up to 44mn.
